Tooling Components is Acquired by Liber Holdings

Liber Holdings is excited to have Tooling Components join our family of companies.  Established in 1987, the company values align well with ours.  Bill and Diane Bowes have offered quality die and mold supplies for 36 years and focused on same day delivery and job kitting of made to order products.  Both of our companies are proud to be able to deliver the right product at the right time, the first time.

  We are adding product lines that will allow the Roger Brown Company better serve existing customers and earn the trust of new ones in Mexico, Texas, and New Mexico.  Tooling Components is located in one of most established metal stamping and injection molding markets in the US, we look forward to adding mechanical power transmission equipment products to their portfolio of products.
